Drug Test City values your business. To show our customers that we take our service to them seriously we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery simply return unused products for a complete refund.
In addition to this guarantee we will take care of any products that have issues or are damaged regardless of the time elapsed since purchase. We reserve the right to investigate claims and make decisions based on all available information; please document any problems with your drug tests (false positives, defective strips, etc.)
Stipulations for 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
- Products must be returned unopened.
- Drug Test City requires that the customer use a trackable shipping option (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number) when returning merchandise.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
- Manufacturers seal must be unbroken.
- Please package items securely to avoid damage. Customer is solely responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.
- Include original e-mail invoice and RMA Form in package with merchandise. Packages without an RMA will not be exchanged.
- For returns the customer is responsible for shipping to Drug Test City, however for replacement items we will pay for shipping back to the customer.

For All Other Claims
Please document any issues you have with your drug tests with photos. Save defective products, we may ask that you return them to us for inspection. Our tests generally have an 18 month shelf life from the day you receive them, we are unlikely to honor replacements if the expiration date is nearing.

The return rate on our products is exceedingly low, and we can spot scams pretty easily.
